Carmel had 3 closings this week: a partially updated ‘90’s-build in SE Carmel sold for $1.785M (2% off list price) after just 2 weeks on the market, a cozy vintage cottage in NE Carmel which closed full price ($1.32M) after 3 weeks active, and a dated historic cottage with accessory dwelling unit built by renowned M.J. Murphy sold for $995K (5% off most recent list price or 9% off original list price, DOM = 71).
