There’s a couple of festivals in town this weekend if you’re out and about – Carmel’s 24th Annual Art Festival and the American Craft Beer Week held in downtown Monterey. The local market slowed from the previous week, echoing the stock market’s activity, which also saw a dip through week’s end.

Pebble’s market came to a standstill this week with just 1 closed escrow, quite the contrast from the previous week’s performance of 2 Closed escrows and 8 new sales. The lone closed escrow came from the heart of the MPCC area along the 3rd fairway of the Shore Course – a tastefully remodeled ranch-style home with distant/filtered ocean views that closed at the full list price of $2.875M.
